We at Crystal World Holidays strive to deliver unforgettable travel experiences. We understand that plans sometimes change — below is our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which outlines cancellation charges, refund timelines, and important terms you should know before booking with us.
To cancel your tour, holiday package, or travel service booked with us, you must notify us in writing via email at Support@crystalworldholidays.com. The date of receipt of your written cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date for calculating fees and refunds
Cancellation charges are based on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled arrival or departure date:

Written cancellations sent on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Bookings made during peak festival or holiday periods (e.g., Christmas & New Year, or as specified in your itinerary) may be fully non-refundable regardless of when cancellation is made.
If the trip is cancelled after commencement, refunds (if any) will depend on recoverable amounts from hotels, transport providers, and other third-party services. No refunds will be made for unused accommodation, transportation, or services.
All bookings for wildlife safaris booked through Crystal World Holidays are strictly non-refundable. Any date change request for such bookings will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or adjustment will be issued.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 working days from the date your cancellation request is approved. Once processed, refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refund or partial refund will be provided for unused services (e.g., missed tours, unused hotel nights, meals not taken).
Refunds will only be issued after all third-party supplier charges and cancellation penalties have been settled.
If your booking includes services with separate cancellation policies (airline tickets, visas, train tickets), those specific terms will apply in addition to this policy.
